So you wanna get fit? Starting a fitness program is one of the best things you can do for your overall health and well being.
Exercise can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your strength, balance and coordination, and the primary reason for most, help you lose weight.
Exercise will also improve your sleep habits and self-esteem, which will lead to greater productivity in your working and personal life.
So where to start?
Dont think too much……just START!
You can easily baffle yourself with the specifics, what should i eat, how much should i eat, no grains, dairy etc, which exercise program is best, how often should i workout? etc
So my advice is to stick with the basics, exercise regularly, work up a sweat, eat a balanced diet of proteins, fat’s and carbohydrates… and most of all
Just get STARTED… and work out the specifics along the way.
